The five tools we built to run ourselves.

We don't sell software for a living. We sell engineering hours. But somewhere along the way, we kept rebuilding the same five tools for every client. So we packaged them, gave them domains, and use them every day.

The thesis

A studio's tooling is half of its quality.

The difference between a studio that ships well and one that doesn't is rarely the talent. It's the tooling. The boring infrastructure that quietly tells you when something's wrong, who owns it, and what the numbers look like this week.

We tried buying that off the shelf for years. Some of it worked. Most of it didn't talk to anything else. So we built our own. The same five tools, refined across hundreds of client engagements, now packaged.

byCORE isn't a side product. It's the operating system the studio runs on. If you hire us, you'll see it in action on every project. If you want it without hiring us, that's fine too.

The lineup

Five tools. One studio runtime.

Available individually, or as the full suite at bycore.io. Each one works on its own. Together they're how we run the place.

  1. 01 coreleads.guru LIVE

    coreLeads

    Lead capture & nurture

Capture, score and route every lead from every channel — ad clicks, web forms, phone calls, even the ones your sales team forgets to log. The first tool we built. Still the one we open every morning.

    • Universal capture (web, voice, paid)
    • Auto‑scored against your ICP
    • Routes to the right rep, every time
    • Slack · Email · CRM hooks
    Explore coreLeads
  2. 02 corecrm.guru LIVE

    coreCRM

    Relationship management

The contact database that doesn't feel like a CRM. Built around the relationship, not the deal stage. Designed by humans who actually had to sell using their last CRM.

    • Lightweight, opinionated, fast
    • Two‑way sync with coreLeads & coreReporting
    • Pipeline that doesn't require a PhD
    • Email + calendar context, surfaced inline
    Explore coreCRM
  3. 03 coreads.guru LIVE

    coreAds

    Paid media console

One pane of glass for Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok ads. Spend, performance, ROAS, ICP fit — reading on the same axis, so we can decide where the next thousand dollars should go.

    • Cross‑channel spend & ROAS
    • Audience overlap heatmap
    • Creative performance by hook + offer
    • Pacing alerts before the budget burns
    Explore coreAds
  4. 04 coreseo.guru LIVE

    coreSEO

    SEO command center

The search‑ops dashboard we wished existed. Keyword tracking, crawl health, content gap, and link velocity in one view. Built after Google's networked‑search shift made every other tool ten percent wrong.

    • Keyword tracking that survives SGE
    • Crawl health + redirects + 404 sweep
    • Content gap vs. top 3 competitors
    • Internal link velocity tracker
    Explore coreSEO
  5. 05 corereporting.guru BETA

    coreReporting

    Cross‑channel reporting

The layer that ties the other four together. Monthly client reports, executive dashboards, board decks — generated automatically, in your brand, signed by a human. Currently in beta with select retainer clients.

    • White‑labeled monthly reports
    • Executive dashboards on a public URL
    • Board‑deck export with one click
    • Goal vs. actual tracking, by channel
    Join the beta
The suite

All five, talking to each other.

The five tools share a single data layer. A lead captured in coreLeads appears in coreCRM in under a second, gets attributed in coreAds the moment it converts, and surfaces in next month's coreReporting deck without anyone re‑keying a thing.

Use them individually. Or hand over the whole studio runtime to your marketing ops team and watch what happens to the numbers.
